Mr. Bonifacio founded and served as the President and CEO of Pacific Microwave Corporation (pioneer RF & Microwave manufacturing in the Philippines). It was acquired by REMEC, Inc. (a US based technology company) on March 2001 and was renamed REMEC Manufacturing, Philippines, Inc. (RMPI LLC). He served as the President and CEO of REMEC Broadband Wireless International, Inc. (RBWI). In 2014, he became the President of Cirtek Advanced Technologies and Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Bonifacio was the Manufacturing Manager of Litton Industries, Gould Inc., and Dexcel Inc. He served as the Director of Operations for Optical Microwave Networks Inc. (OMNI) in San Jose, California, U.S.A.
